
Jorge Castillo, MD, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, MA, discusses the clinical presentations, complications, and survival outcomes of patients with familial Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia (WM), highlighting how these patients have an increased risk of certain complications, including Bing-Neel Syndrome (BNS) and amyloidosis, but no difference in survival outcome compared to other forms of WM.
