Andrew joined the Bing Center in June 2018 as a Clinical Research Coordinator. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2018, where he completed an honors thesis investigating epigenetic biomarkers of breast cancer risk. Andrew was named a student leader of the Integrated Concentration in Science program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he specialized in interdisciplinary problem solving and teamwork. He also played a key role in the early stages of a startup biotechnology company in Boston. Andrew enjoys being involved in the translational research done by the Bing Center, which directly utilizes concepts learned in the laboratory to improve patient care.
Andrew currently works on clinical trials in the Bing Center led by Dr. Treon and Dr. Castillo.
